Using the metal trivet rack the Foodi comes with, place that inside the Foodi. Add one cup of water to the pot. Add the bag of wings to the trivet rack. Set on High Pressure Manual for 10 minutes. Let it natural release for 2 minutes and then do a quick release.
Open lid carefully. I then added some sweet baby rays to a bowl and used a basting brush to coat the wings on all sides generously. Lower crisping lid, and set to broil for 10 minutes. Check on your wings and if you want them crispier, simply add more time. ENJOY!
