Loved all the recipes and instructions.
This is the best recipe book that I’ve come across for pressure cooking I will definitely keep in mind for a nice gift for my friend to a pressure cooker‘s
I have many cookbooks; Especially for my Ninja Foodi…And each of them have valuable information along with useful recipes! However…Debbie’s Home Pressure Cooking Book, while a bit pricy for its fewer pages in comparison… Is jam packed with a majority of basic down home good recipes that are easy to make and serve anywhere and anytime! Too many cookbooks out there offer too many intricate and fancy recipes similar to “Gourmet” which are fine for that “Special Occasion Dinner” but for every day meals, this cookbook addresses daily easy meal planning with ingredients familiar to most of us; Plus less fuss and muss in record time, made in a pressure cooker with a new slant on old favorites! This book is much smaller than most other cookbooks that contain many more recipes; Most of which I usually skip over as “superfluous” and will never use! Not all recipes in all books tickle my tastebuds or everyone’s…Bringing us back to quantity vs individual quality.. On the contrary, I will use almost all the recipes in this little cookbook dynamo and perhaps you will too! In conclusion…This book to me has proven to be well worth its price! Therefore, You owe it to yourself to add this valuable cookbook to your kitchen as if a favorite, dependable, cooking tool; While remembering that familiar refrain = “LESS IS MORE!”
