Colcannon – Irish-Style Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes

What makes these mashed potatoes unique is the folding of cabbage or kale throughout the mashed potatoes, and topping it with a giant pat of butter. The best part of making mashed potatoes in the Instant Pot; there’s no draining required!

Bailey’s Instant Pot Cheesecake

This recipe was crafted using a Ninja Foodi but can be made in most instant pot. It also uses Oreos as a crust rather than traditional Graham Crackers, but either one can be used. Add a fun, festive splash of color this St. Patrick’s Day with a green ganache that only takes three ingredients, including the food coloring!

The Very Best Comfort Food: Shepherd’s Pie

Our traditional Shepherd’s Pie is created in the oven and it’s easy, fast to make, and great for St. Patrick’s Day festivities! Some people like to put corn in theirs. It is, at it’s core, a casserole. Do what you want with it and find your favorite way to make it. There’s really no rules.

Shepherd’s Pie in the Ninja Foodi

This gluten and dairy-free shepherd’s pie recipe comes together in one pot – the Ninja Foodi! No strainers are required here as the mashed potatoes are pressure cooked, the filling is pressure cooked and then crisped up to perfection all in one appliance.

Pan-Fried Herb Butter Shredded Cabbage

The Pan-Fried Herb Butter Shredded Cabbage recipe is a slight variation of Irish bacon and cabbage, because it has no bacon. Instead, this cabbage was cooked with a variety of different herb butters, and the recipes for those are included! We also have our Pan-Fried Cabbage and Meat Stuffed Bell Peppers that utilizes this recipe as filling.
