Ninja Air Fryer Irish Rosemary Potatoes the perfect family side dish staple. Hey there friends, it is Jennifer from JENRON DESIGNS. Today sharing one of my family’s side dish staples in the Ninja Air Fryer, Irish Rosemary Potatoes.

Hi friends, did you stock your pantry and buy a big bag of potatoes? Well if so you must check out our favorite Ninja Air Fryer Irish Rosemary Potatoes recipe. This is one of our go-to recipes that is perfect as a side dish for just about anything. Whether you are adding them to a traditional Irish Sunday Roast, Mom’s meatloaf recipe, or as a side to your favorite juicy burger; this recipe does not disappoint.

Air Fryer Irish Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients

The ingredients are so simple and basic. You will need 1 pound of diced potatoes of your choice. Here I have used russet potatoes, but a nice Yukon gold, white, or even red potato can be used. Basically whatever you got!

I used an olive oil cooking spray to coat the potatoes along with the inside of our Ninja Air Fryer. Then I tossed the potatoes with fresh rosemary, ground five peppercorn blend, and seasoned salt. We personally like the Penzeys Seasoned Salt brand, available online, which adds in garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and red pepper flakes for a little more added flavor.

Once you have the ingredients mix together and coated onto your potatoes just add your potatoes into your lightly greased Ninja Air Fryer. Just a quick spray of the olive oil spray should do the trick.

Bake at 390 degrees for 18 minutes. Make sure to open and toss the potatoes regularly to prevent burning or over-browning. This will also give you a nice even crisp to your potatoes. I tried to toss 3-4 times at intervals of 5-6 minutes apart.
