My Instant Pot Game Day BBQ Cocktail Franks are the perfect way host Super Bowl Party! Hey there friends, this is Jennifer from JENRON DESIGNS. Are you hosting a super bowl party this year? Have you ever tried cooking BBQ Cocktail Franks in an Instant Pot? Well I am here to tell you they are delicious. These Instant Pot Game Day BBQ Cocktail Franks are a fan favorite.

This recipe is always a, winner winner chicken dinner on game day around our place, no matter who is playing. I think the key is having fresh ingredients and a bunch of hungry people, lol.
Tip: If you are not a fan of the Lit’l Smokies you can use this same recipe for Meatballs too. They are delicious, even on the turkey meatballs.

Ingredients
The ingredients are pretty basic but my twist is to add Orange Marmalade and fresh squeezed orange juice. I find that it really brightens up the flavors and adds a nice zing to any barbeque sauce that you use.

The first thing I do lightly saute up and onion and garlic in my Instant Pot using my Spurtle. I find this adds a lot of flavor and gets my pot all ready for faster cooking.

Next add in 2 packages of Little Smokies Cocktail Franks, 5 oz of Orange Marmalade, spices, brown sugar and barbecue sauce. Place lid on Instant Pot and Cook on Manual High Pressure for 20 minutes.

Once the Instant Pot cooking time is complete, you can quick vent the steam, remove the lid and serve. You can also leave on keep warm for serving during your party.
