It was the day after Thanksgiving and as usual, still stuffed to the gills! We had every intention to make a cornbread casserole for our side to go with our Thanksgiving meal. It just didn’t happen with all the other sides going we decided this would be best left for the next day to have with our leftover. Today we are sharing a very simple and tasty
Creamy Cornbread Casserole in the Ninja Foodi
A delicious golden brown with a slightly golden brown bottom. A perfect cornbread in my opinion. Everyone agreed this was the way to go and make this cornbread casserole moving forward. It only took 20 minutes in the Ninja Foodi. Of course our go-to pan is always the two in one Springform/Bundt pan HERE
Makes you want to drool just looking at it. Our Insta-pan is awesome for many sides and desserts. Even Meatloaf turns out amazing using the pan.
This side goes amazing with many meals. Ham, Chili, Pork tenderloin and more!
Looking for more awesome and amazing meals, desserts and sides to use with a 7′ Springform/bundt pan, you can find them all HERE in one place.

Creamy Cornbread Casserole in the Ninja Foodi

- 1 Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/2 Stick of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Sweet whole kernel corn 14 or 15 oz. can
- 1/2 can Creamed style corn 15 oz. can
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add sugar, melted butter, and egg. Hand mix well until fluffy. Add sour cream, corn, milk, and jiffy mix and mix well all together.
- Prepare a 7 inch round bundt pan with non-stick butter spray. Add evenly cornbread mixture. Set pan on a trivet rack and lower down into the Ninja Foodi.
- Set on 350 on bake option for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan. Remember it is still cooking and setting while cooling.
- Check midway that it is not overcooking or undercooking. You may dial it down or up if need be and tweak it some. I always do a simple touch test to check the wiggle.
- Remove cornbread from the Ninja and set to cool for at least 15 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Enjoy
