Try saying that five times fast! How to make a cinnamon apple pecan caramel monkey bread in the Instant Pot. First, let me preface this by saying, please don’t hate me for sharing this ooey-gooey, and delicious treat. I had our 17-year-old son test it out for me. He is my biggest food critic in the house. Let’s just say, it was almost gone while it was still warm. He said “Mom this is a big fat W, for a win” Enough said. This recipe was inspired by Pillsbury.
For this recipe, all you need is a tube of Grands! Cinnamon Rolls, one green apple, chopped pecans, and a little caramel sauce. The pecans and caramel sauce are not necessary, but I will tell you they added a lot to the recipe.
This is made in a 3 Qt. Instant Pot for this recipe, however, any size pot will do just the same. You can also use my mini flower bundt pan, which is a 3 cup. These treats look way too pretty to eat. I have no doubt you will struggle. 🙂
I only ate a small petal. It was mostly a test in the Instant Pot and for our son who absolutely LOVES cinnamon rolls. I made orange and cranberry monkey bread last fall with biscuits, you can find it HERE.
This monkey bread is best served warm. Don’t forget to add the icing on top when still warm. The icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls:) Add a scoop of ice cream too, even if it’s for breakfast. YOLO!~

If you have a larger pan ex. 6-7 inches, you can also make this recipe and just double the recipe. I recently used my 7″ Springform/Bundt pan.
